Nisim Hair Shipping Options

We offer several different shipping options. Below is a brief description of each as well as our International shipping policies.

US Ground: Ground delivery via UPS. Will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. PO BOX deliveries will be sent via the US Postal Service, but will use the same rate.

US Express: 2nd day express delivery via UPS. Will arrive in 2 business days. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

US Overnight: Overnight delivery via UPS. Will arrive on the next business day before 3:00 PM. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

Canada Express: Express delivery via UPS. Will arrive in 3-5 business days. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

International Express: Express delivery via UPS. Will arrive in 3-5 business days. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

*For International Customers*
To insure that our customers get their orders in a timely fashion, we ship all International orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates. The fact is that shipping merchandise across continents in a timely fashoin simply isn't an inexpensive undertaking.

Additional Fees
Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.

Shipment Refusal
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order,  we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Disclosure
We are required by law to disclose the full amount of any package's contents, and we cannot alter this value.

Disallowed Items
We cannot ship any product in an aerosol can, or any Rogaine brand products to International addresses.
